  • Both. You can search for and book available spots in real time — ideal for spontaneous trips. You can also pre-book days or weeks in advance for scheduled appointments, concerts, or work commutes. Pre-booking guarantees your spot and locks in the price.

  • IdleSpots accepts all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure Stripe-powered checkout. Your payment information is never shared with the host or the property manager. You receive an itemized receipt by email after every booking.

  • Yes. Bookings cancelled more than one hour before the start time receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within one hour of the start time are non-refundable. If IdleSpots or the host cancels your booking for any reason, you receive an immediate full refund and a credit toward your next booking.

  • No. IdleSpots is free to download and free to use. You pay only for the parking time you book. A driver subscription with additional benefits — priority booking, reduced rates at partner buildings, and early access to new spots — is planned for a future phase.
